Description
Old Durbar is a distinguished blend of 8-year-old Scotch malt and English grain spirit, crafted with pristine spring water from the Himalayas and finished in European oak Oloroso sherry barrels right here in Nepal.
The Scotch malt component is matured for eight years in traditional American oak barrels in Scotland, creating a smooth, well-rounded spirit layered with warm vanilla notes, subtle spice, and ripe berry undertones, all enriched with the sweet, rich character of barley malt.
After blending with English grain spirit and Himalayan spring water, the whisky is further matured for several months in European oak Oloroso sherry barrels, adding fruity and honeyed depths to this exceptional whisky.
